Cancellation Policy
For video material
No cancellations and no refunds under any circumstances, the log in is for your sole use only, if any breach of this is discovered or suspected by CASC Master Limited, losses will be recuperated - including but not limited to cancelling all remaining subscriptions without refund including 1:1 sessions and mock exams and legal action. It is your responsibility to ensure your account is secure.

For courses / 1 to 1 sessions/ group sessions/ mock exams:
The below refers to both cancellations and attempts at rescheduling.

Cancellation/ rescheduling before four weeks of the boked start date: full refund, minus 10% of the fee for administrative costs or rescheduling permitted based on staff availability free of charge.
Cancellation/ rescheduling between four weeks and one week of the course start date - 50% of course fee refunded or rescheduling permitted based on staff availability.
Cancellation/rescheduling within one week of the course date - no refund possible and no rescheduling, session is forfeited.

If you are 15 minutes or more late to a booking it will be classed as a forfeited session and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed so please arrive promptly.
If a course has to be cancelled by CASC Master due to unforeseen circumstances, we would endeavour to allow as much notice as possible and would provide a full refund to participants who made a booking if rescheduling is not possible. We cannot guarantee that any course will run as advertised, and reserve the right to make a cancellation.. We cannot be held liable for any expenses made in planning to attend a CASC Master course that is subsequently cancelled.

When participating in any CASC Master Limited training, session or course (including watching video material), each individual takes responsibility for their own subsequent use of the material taught and any personal feedback given. CASC Master Limited (including any of it's contractors) cannot be held responsible for the impact of such teaching or feedback should it be perceived to have a negative effect on subsequent clinical or examination performance.
